Chapter Recruitment

Dear Potential New Members,

Hi! My name is Caroline Crump, and I’m so excited to be this year’s Vice President of Membership. It’s truly such an honor to represent the amazing women of this chapter through the recruitment process.

Starting something new can feel a little overwhelming, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure. I can confidently say that going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I made in college. It gave me the chance to meet incredible people and find a community that I didn’t even realize I was looking for. Joining Kappa has shaped my experience at Pepperdine in the best way. It’s given me opportunities to grow as a leader, get involved in my community, and make so many unforgettable memories. Yet more important than anything, it’s given me friendships that mean the world to me. These girls have become my biggest supporters, my roommates, my future bridesmaids, and my closest friends!

During recruitment, I hope you’ll get a sense of how much we value one another, our connection, growth, leadership, and community. Every member brings something unique, but what brings us together is a shared sense of sisterhood, sincerity, and loyalty. We can’t wait to show you what makes Kappa so special and how much it can add to your college experience. I’m so glad you’re exploring the Greek community, and for more important details and dates about recruitment, visit the Panhellenic website!

The Eta Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma welcomes you with open arms to explore this process, and we can’t wait to meet you this fall!

Loyally,
Caroline Crump
Vice President of Membership
